The following is an abstract from my e-book “5 Milestones to a Cure to OCD and Anxiety ”:

The e-book will provide you with guidance so you can unveil your own body's and mind's benefits to heal yourself, for free, without side effects, without drugs or artificial stimulation, sometimes as easily as tapping with your fingertips.

The book will discuss natural therapies for OCD and anxiety versus the traditional western therapies. It will show you how medication is a big risk and how natural alternatives can work just as well, if not better. The book will also guide you in respect of nutrition and point out what foods are beneficial and what foods to avoid. Then it will go into the 5 Milestones to a Cure to OCD and Anxiety, one of them being EFT. Also it discusses more global health issues, and how to deal with OCD from a spiritual point of view. It will provide you with guidance to lead a happier, healthier life, free from stress and emotional distress, along with reversing your aging process.

It also talks about the purpose of the universe and describes the truth about it. It will give you tools and ideas you can use to help yourself in your journey of improving your life, ridding yourself from disease, minimizing stress, improving relationships and virtually any aspects of life.

This book is about the light, about love and hope.

PS: Please know that there is no fast miracle cure for issues such as OCD, Anxiety, ADHD, etc. The word "cure" is relative, like most other things in the universe. Basically if your obsessions or compulsions do not cause you any distress or are minimized to a point where they don't matter, you can consider yourself cured.

It may take time and effort to rid yourself from OCD. This book provides a wonderful guidance into the right direction, but this book is not a magic pill. You have to do the work, i.e. you have to be consistent in applying the methods and philosophies described in the book.

If someone is trying to sell you a miracle cure such as "OCD free in 10 days", etc., be cautious! You didn't get OCD in just 10 days, so how can you get rid of it in 10 days? I mean ... it would be nice, but then, if such advertised methods worked, wouldn't we all be OCD free by now? So if someone is promising you to be OCD free in 10 days or 14 days, etc. you know it's pretty much an empty promise, because for all we know, programs like that may only work for certain types of OCD or for none.

My book doesn't promise you anything. My book just gives you the right and solid guidance based on my yearlong experience with OCD and anxiety, and I got better by applying the methods and philosophies described in the book, all for free and with NO side effects!!! That is why I am sharing them with you, to help you to help yourself.
